WARNING: Get multiple estimates before authorizing work here. My experience was that this shop quoted me more than the Chevrolet dealership for the same repair. I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic. I was quoted $225 for 1.5–2 hours of diagnostic time, with the understanding that if I approved the repair, the diagnostic fee would be applied toward the labor. I agreed to the diagnostic because I wanted a professional opinion. After the diagnosis, I was quoted $498 to replace the multifunction switch. I was surprised by the price, so I contacted other shops. Chevrolet quoted me exactly $405 for the same repair, and another independent shop quoted me $180. My understanding was that after the issue was diagnosed, I would either receive a repair quote based on the actual needed work or be charged appropriately for any parts and labor required. Instead, I was presented with a much higher repair quote, and after declining the repair, I paid for a diagnosis that I now have concerns about because the recommended repair did not resolve the issue. I replaced the multifunction switch myself and the problem remains. This has caused me to question whether the original diagnosis was accur

10/10 Experience. Car suddenly wouldn’t turn on and went to a few places beforehand and could not fix. Took it here and diagnosed the issue and fixed. Always kept me updated. Even washed my car, added oil, and added gas for me. Never turned me away and helped me right away as well when my girlfriends car needed a spark plug change. Also washed her engine bay and battery corrosion. Will definitely return for future issues knowing they will be fixed and welcomed. 100% recommend to anyone.

Such a great experience here! They really work with you on your car issues to find the best fix for you, and they work very hard. They came out to look at my car right away, too, instead of waiting days just to find out all of its issues. Would recommend to anyone, 10/10.

Shaggy and his team are great individuals to work with to solve any problem and they make you feel at home. I’ve gone multiple times for different issues and vehicles, all resolved. Highly recommend giving this business a shot.

I have a classic 1976 Triumph TR6 and had difficulty finding anyone to work on it. Raleigh Auto Electrical said this would not be a problem. Sorted out all of the electrical issues - there were many - as well as my fuel injection system, and now everything works perfectly. It finally runs as it should. These guys are AWESOME! Highly recommend! Honest and Fair, and I will be bringing my cars to them from now on.
